Mental Health
Ephraim Middle School and Ephraim City have created a partnership to increase and manage all youth related athletic activities at our school. All scheduling of the school’s gyms and outside fields will be handled through Ephraim City. All games and practice times will be scheduled through Ephraim City. There will be a small fee for each team and all coaches will need to be vetted. Please contact Ephraim City with any questions related to scheduling, (435) 283-4631
